Measure the length from the wall to the mark.

They are a bit tight when you put them in but stretch as you walk. They are uncomfortable with bare feet so I cushion it with socks. Good traction. The Velcro is coming off on the right foot.Cost isn’t bad though I’ve only had them since September.
